Key Responsibilities
- Manage the reception area, greeting visitors and handling incoming calls and general inquiries.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries, distributing them to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed, ensuring cost-efficiency.
- Organize and maintain company records, both physical and digital, ensuring easy retrieval.
- Provide support for meetings, including booking rooms, preparing materials, and taking minutes.
- Assist with general administrative tasks, including data entry, photocopying, and scanning.
Requirements
- Previous experience in an administrative or reception role.
- Proficiency in standard office software, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational skills and a meticulous approach to tasks.
