Job Description
A busy and growing company in Thame is looking for an administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis. This is a great opportunity for a highly organised Administrator to join a supportive business where full training will be provided and ongoing development is encouraged.
Based in Thame this position is offering £27,000 per annum. 8am – 4.30pm Monday to Thursday and 3.30pm finish on a Friday.
Duties of the Administrator:
* Upload service reports and certificates to client and company portals.
* Collate, file and rename documentation accurately.
* Locate reports and certificates and ensure records are kept up to date.
* Liaise with office and field based teams to obtain required documentation.
* Manage user access administration for company portals.
* Carry out accurate data entry and record management.
* Provide general administrative support to the wider team.
* Maintain accurate and up to date portal information at all times.
Experience
* Previous administration experience is desirable.
* Strong IT skills including Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
* Able to work effectively in a busy, customer focused environment.
* Self-motivated with a positive and proactive attitude.
* Good attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
