We’re looking for a Junior Administrator to join a client near Pickering. - Supportive, friendly team What you'll be doing You'll help keep the day-to-day administration of the business running smoothly while supporting the team and providing a professional service to clients. Your responsibilities will include:
- Processing new business and client applications
- Preparing and maintaining accurate client records
- Requesting information and following up outstanding documentation
- Preparing client meeting packs and supporting documents
- Keeping our CRM system accurate and up to date
- Assisting with client correspondence and general administration
- Monitoring outstanding tasks and deadlines
- Supporting the team with compliance and regulatory administration What we're looking for You don't need previous experience in the industry. We're looking for someone who:
- Is organised and has excellent attention to detail
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is confident using computers and learning new systems
- Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
