Job Description
Amour Recruitment is recruiting for a fab company based in Nursling who is seeking an Administrator to join their busy team.
This would suit someone who has worked in a busy shipping/warehouse/logistics environment and has great attention to detail.
Key responsibilities:
* Daily customer and supplier communication via telephone and email.
* Preparing pick instructions within the warehouse management system
* Updating of KPI reports
* Preparation of shipment manifests for Export shipments
* Report checking ensuring correct shipment allocation of orders
Personal requirements:
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Organisational and time management skills
* Customs/Bond knowledge would have a distinct advantage
* Ability to collaborate effectively across all areas of the operation
Hours: Monday to Friday (Apply online only)
Salary: £27,000-£29,000 depending on experience
