Job Description
We are seeking an Administrator to work part-time as part of the Community CAMHS Administration team to provide an effective, comprehensive and confidential administrative service which may include the following tasks. This is a varied admin role in a fast paced team, where you will work flexibly to support a wide range of professionals in CAMHS as well as being a first point of contact for the public and patients. Please note:, the working pattern of this role is: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 08:30 - 17:15 (so 4 days),
- Provide an efficient and effective comprehensive administrative support to the team/service.
- Provide a polite and efficient reception service to patients and visitors.
- Accurately type and distribute letters and other documents as required.
- Provide admin and secretarial support to team members and for meetings - including minute/note taking.
- Respond to email, telephone enquiries and written enquiries using a high level of initiative and responding in a confidential and sensitive way and action in the appropriate way.
- Update patient records as required and ensure that the Trust's databases are up to date and all clinical data is entered appropriately.
