Job Description
We’re currently recruiting for an Administrator to join a busy Service team on a temporary basis.
This is a varied administrative and coordination role, supporting engineers, customers and the wider Service function to ensure jobs are scheduled efficiently and customers receive a high level of service.
Key Responsibilities
* Schedule field-based engineers and Service Partners using a CRM system.
* Coordinate parts, deliveries, transport and relevant paperwork.
* Respond to customer enquiries by phone and email.
* Manage the Service inbox, raising and updating service cases.
* Liaise with internal teams to resolve scheduling and resourcing issues.
* Support service projects and individual customer jobs.
* Prepare relevant documentation, including risk assessments and method statements.
* Help the team achieve departmental KPIs and maintain excellent customer service.
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Highly organised with strong administrative skills.
* Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
* Confident using Microsoft Office and able to learn new systems quickly.
* Accurate and detail oriented.
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a busy environment.
* Proactive, reliable and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
