Job Description
ActionSpace is looking for an exceptional individual to join our dynamic team at an exciting moment in our development.
The post holder will be responsible for providing core administrative support, reporting across facilities and logistics management, with a particular focus on financial administration and internal and external communication. You will be a pro-active problem solver with a flexible approach and willingness to support different areas of the charity. In this role, the appointee will work closely with the CEO, Deputy Director and wider team to support the organisation.

Job Responsibilities
Finance
- Assist with the charity’s day-to-day financial administration, including account reconciliations, invoicing, artwork sales administration and financial reporting.
Administration & Operations
- Provide administrative support across the organisation, including managing communications, coordinating meetings, supporting learning disabled artists, maintaining records, arranging artwork transport and assisting with recruitment and office operations.
Governance & Compliance
- Support governance and compliance processes, including Board administration, Health & Safety records, DBS and training administration, insurance renewals, policy compliance and reporting to key funders including Arts Council England.
Evaluation & Impact
- Support the delivery of accessible evaluation across our programmes, including surveys, reporting and the development of evaluation frameworks.
