Job Description
Location: Norwich Road area, Ipswich
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8am–5pm
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Duration: Immediate start until Christmas
We are looking for an Administrator to provide general administrative support and telephone assistance within a busy team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, confident on the phone and has good IT skills.
The role will include:
* Providing general administrative support to the team
* Answering and dealing with telephone enquiries
* Helping with day-to-day office tasks
* Keeping records and information up to date
* Supporting the wider team to help reduce their workload
About you:
* Previous administration experience would be beneficial
* Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office
* Confident speaking to people over the phone
* Organised and reliable
* Able to work well in a busy environment
* Good attention to detail
Immediate start available, with the role running until Christmas.
