Adoption Change Manager: Drive Digital Transformation

Computacenter is seeking a Change Manager to drive successful adoption of new technologies and ways of working within our Adoption & Change Management practice. You will work with project teams and stakeholders to plan, communicate and embed changes, ensuring lasting business outcomes.

You will develop engagement and readiness plans, conduct impact analyses and facilitate workshops to build understanding and support for changes in fast-paced environments.
