£47,000 – £51,000 | Remote & Onsite | Monday–Friday | No Nights or Weekends

5% annual performance bonus
Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
No evenings, nights or weekends
Hybrid working (Clinic and Home)
25 days annual leave plus bank holidays
Paid CPD and professional registration fees
Fully funded training to become a DWP-accredited Clinical Assessor
Clear career progression into Senior Assessor, Quality Assurance and Clinical Coaching roles What you'll be doing
Conduct functional assessments via face-to-face, telephone and video appointments.
Review medical evidence and clinical history.
Assess how physical and mental health conditions affect an individual's daily living and functional ability.
Apply evidence-based clinical reasoning to complete accurate assessment reports.
Produce structured reports to support benefit entitlement decisions. Who we're looking for You must be registered with one of the following:
Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
Physiotherapist
Occupational Therapist
Paramedic Essential Requirements
Active UK NMC or HCPC registration
Minimum 12 months' post-registration clinical experience
Strong communication and report writing skills
Comfortable using IT systems
