Adult Day Service Support Worker – 1:1 & Group Roles

Tamfol is seeking a passionate Support Worker for an Adult Day Service in the United Kingdom to provide person-centred support to adults with learning disabilities, both 1:1 and in small groups. The role focuses on enabling participation in meaningful activities, promoting independence, and building confidence in a safe, inclusive environment.

You will follow individual support plans, maintain records, and collaborate with colleagues to deliver high-quality care.
