Adult Social Care Solicitor — Complex Cases & Court Work

Essential Employment is recruiting an Adult Social Care Solicitor to provide specialist legal advice on adult social care matters, including the Care Act 2014, Mental Capacity Act 2005, safeguarding, human rights, and community care law.

You will manage a varied caseload, represent clients in the Court of Protection and High Court, advise on mental capacity assessments, draft pleadings, and provide risk-based guidance to operational teams and decision-makers. This is a temporary, full-time role.
