Adult Social Care Solicitor | Hybrid & Flexible Hours

Service Care Solutions Ltd, in partnership with a Durham Local Authority, seeks an experienced Adult Social Care Solicitor for an initial 3-month contract. The role centers on adult social care issues, Court of Protection work and safeguarding, handling a varied and complex caseload.

You will provide specialist legal advice, apply the Care Act 2014 and Mental Capacity Act 2005, and manage deprivation of liberty matters as required. Hybrid working in Durham with flexible hours is offered.
