Qualified Social Workers required within the Mental Health Team If you would like to know a bit more about this opportunity, or are considering applying, then please read the following job information. 3 Month Contract (Possible extension) Rate £38 Per hour (Umbrella Rate) Location: Havant Skills and Experience Required Provide support and therapy to individuals and families experiencing mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, schizophrenia, or substance misuse, using a strengths-based approach. Conduct assessments (psychosocial, risk, care needs) to establish diagnoses and identify required support. Develop and monitor individualised care plans, in collaboration with clients and multidisciplinary teams. xwwtmva Undertake crisis intervention and risk management, safeguarding vulnerable individuals using frameworks like the Mental Health Act, Mental Capacity Act, or Care Act. Advocate for clients' rights and coordinate with community, statutory, and voluntary services to ensure access to resources and promote social inclusion. Provide therapy and counselling through one-to-one or group sessions using evidence-based models such as CBT or DBT
