About the Role

Our client in Birmingham is looking for a highly skilled and certified Advanced Aesthetician to join their modern clinic. You will be responsible for delivering a variety of advanced aesthetic treatments, utilizing cutting-edge technology and sophisticated techniques to achieve optimal client results. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to providing personalized care and advice in a professional and welcoming setting, contributing to the clinic's reputation for delivering outstanding aesthetic outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client consultations to understand skin concerns and aesthetic goals.
• Perform a range of advanced treatments such as laser hair removal, skin peels, micro-needling, and injectables (under supervision where applicable).
• Operate and maintain advanced aesthetic equipment safely and effectively.
• Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to individual client needs and expectations.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend suitable homecare products.

Requirements

• Relevant professional qualifications in Aesthetics or Beauty Therapy (e.g., VTCT Level 4 or equivalent).
• Demonstrable experience in performing advanced aesthetic procedures.
• Proficiency with various aesthetic technologies and equipment.
• Excellent understanding of skin science and anatomy.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-centric approach.
