About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly qualified and client-focused Advanced Beauty Consultant to join their established beauty salon in the vibrant city of Southampton . This role is ideal for a dedicated professional who excels in delivering sophisticated beauty treatments and providing expert advice on skincare and beauty regimes. You will be responsible for building strong client relationships, understanding their individual needs, and offering tailored solutions that enhance their natural beauty and well-being, contributing significantly to the salon's reputation for delivering premium beauty services and exceptional customer care within a professional setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform advanced skincare treatments, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and non-invasive facial rejuvenation techniques.
• Conduct detailed skin analysis and provide personalized consultations, recommending appropriate treatments and home care products.
• Administer a range of beauty services such as advanced waxing, tinting, and professional makeup application.
• Maintain an in-depth knowledge of current beauty trends, product innovations, and treatment technologies.
• Ensure immaculate presentation of treatment rooms and adherence to stringent hygiene protocols.
• Build and maintain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up care.

Requirements

• NVQ Level 3 or 4 qualification in Beauty Therapy or equivalent.
• Minimum of 4 years' experience in a similar advanced beauty consultancy role.
• Demonstrated expertise in performing advanced facial treatments and skin analysis.
• Excellent understanding of cosmetic ingredients and skincare science.
• Strong sales acumen and ability to effectively recommend retail products.
