Advanced Clinical Practitioner, Mental Health Lead

Greater Manchester Mental Health NHS Foundation Trust in Manchester is seeking an Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join the Neighbourhood Mental Health Team. The post focuses on complex cases in a community setting and requires collaboration with the MDT and external partners.
