Our client is seeking a talented and meticulous Advanced Permanent Makeup Artist to join their high-end clinic in Portsmouth . This role is based entirely on-site, offering clients precise and aesthetically pleasing permanent cosmetic enhancements. You will be responsible for consultations, design, and application of techniques such as microblading, powder brows, and permanent eyeliner. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough consultations to understand client expectations and design personalised permanent makeup.
• Perform various permanent makeup procedures, including microblading, ombre brows, lip blush, and eyeliner.
• Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, including sterilisation protocols.
• Maintain detailed client records and track treatment progress.
• Provide detailed pre- and post-procedure instructions to clients.
• Stay current with the latest techniques, trends, and pigments in the permanent makeup industry.

Requirements

• Certified and experienced Permanent Makeup Artist with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in microblading, powder brows, lip blush, and eyeliner techniques.
• Excellent understanding of facial symmetry, colour theory, and skin undertones.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure client comfort and confidence.
• Ability to maintain a clean and sterile working environment.
• Relevant certifications and accreditations.
