Advanced Practitioner - Safeguarding & Care Planning - Middlesbrough

As an Advanced Practitioner in Safeguarding & Care Planning, your key responsibilities will include:

To be considered for this role, you must hold a relevant social work qualification (e.g., Degree in Social Work, DipSW, CQSW) and be registered with Social Work England. Additionally, candidates should possess:
