Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin analyses using diagnostic tools to identify concerns and tailor treatment strategies.
• Perform advanced treatments such as laser therapy, IPL, microneedling, and chemical peels.
• Develop and implement personalized skincare routines and product recommendations for clients.
• Educate clients on skin health, treatment protocols, and the benefits of various skincare ingredients.
• Maintain detailed client records, including treatment progress and follow-up plans.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in dermatology, aesthetic treatments, and skincare research.

Requirements

• Recognised qualification in Beauty Therapy (NVQ Level 3/4) or a related field like Dermal Aesthetics.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Skin Specialist or Aesthetician, with a strong portfolio of advanced treatment results.
• Certification and practical experience with a variety of advanced aesthetic technologies and procedures.
• In-depth knowledge of skin physiology, conditions, and ingredients.
• Excellent diagnostic skills and the ability to create effective, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Strong client relationship management skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
