This role is client-facing, requiring you to provide in-depth skin analysis, bespoke treatment plans, and perform a range of advanced aesthetic procedures. Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive skin assessments using advanced diagnostic tools and expert analysis techniques.
• Design and deliver personalised treatment plans, including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
• Administer and monitor treatments, ensuring optimal results and client safety at all times.
• Educate clients on appropriate skincare routines, product selection, and lifestyle adjustments for long-term skin health.
• Maintain detailed client records, track progress, and schedule follow-up appointments.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in skincare technology, treatments, and product innovations.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Advanced Skincare Specialist or Dermal Therapist.
• Relevant professional qualifications and certifications in advanced aesthetic treatments.
• Proven expertise in performing a variety of advanced facials, peels, and resurfacing techniques.
• Strong understanding of dermatological principles, skin conditions, and product ingredients.
• Exceptional client consultation and communication skills, with a focus on building trust and rapport.
