You will be responsible for providing expert dermatological treatments, performing advanced facials, and advising clients on personalized skincare regimens. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive skin analysis and diagnostics to identify client concerns.
• Perform advanced treatments such as chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and laser therapies.
• Develop customized skincare plans tailored to individual client needs and goals.
• Recommend and sell premium skincare products, educating clients on their use.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in dermatology and aesthetic treatments .

Requirements

• Professional qualification in Beauty Therapy or a related field (e.g., Level 4).
• Minimum of 3 years' experience in advanced skincare treatments and consultations.
• Proficiency with a range of aesthetic equipment and technologies.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Knowledge of skin physiology and common dermatological conditions relevant to our Stoke-on-Trent clinic.
