Advanced Social Worker: Flexible, Stable Safeguarding

Community Care Live is seeking an experienced Advanced Social Worker to join a stable safeguarding team. You will manage a caseload of around 10–15 children in need or subject to child protection plans while delivering high-quality safeguarding practice.

The role offers flexible working, supportive leadership, and a loyalty bonus of £1–£3 per hour, with a competitive hourly rate of £40–£43. You will collaborate with multi‑agency partners to ensure timely interventions and sustainable outcomes.
