About the Role

Our client is seeking a motivated Advocacy Support Officer to join their team in Nottingham . Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct advocacy support to individuals, helping them express their views and wishes.
• Assist clients in understanding information related to their rights, services, and choices.
• Support individuals to prepare for and participate in meetings and reviews.
• Work collaboratively with service providers to ensure client needs and preferences are met.
• Maintain accurate and confidential records of advocacy support provided.

Requirements
