We are seeking a highly motivated individual to join our client's Investment Banking division as a Vice‑President within their Aerospace & Defence team. This position offers immediate exposure to high‑profile, cross‑border transactions, providing hands‑on involvement in complex strategic projects and significant responsibility from day one.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor to senior executives and stakeholders.
• Oversee preparation of high‑quality pitch materials, transaction documents, and market analyses.
• Mentor and guide junior team members, ensuring excellence in deliverables and professional development.
• Collaborate with global offices and cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless execution on international mandates.

Requirements

• Experience: 6–10 years of investment banking or related financial advisory experience, with a strong track record in M&A, capital raising, and strategic transactions.
• Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in financial modelling, valuation techniques, and transaction structuring.
• Leadership: Proven ability to lead deal teams, manage multiple work‑streams, and mentor junior professionals.
• Client Management: Strong relationship‑building skills and experience engaging with senior executives and stakeholders.
