Safran Seats in the UK is seeking a Continuous Improvement Engineer to lead Lean and Six Sigma projects across the plant, advancing One Safran standards and driving efficiency. You will plan, coordinate and deliver improvement initiatives aligned with sustainability goals.

You will apply Kaizen, 5S and Value Stream Mapping, partner with cross-functional teams, and mentor teams through change management while delivering measurable results.
