Aerospace Logistics Agent

Freightserve recruitment are looking for a Air Logistics Aerospace Agent for a major Freight Forwarder. The company is based in the Heathrow area. Daily Duties:-

• Customer services (Highest level)
• Follow any new systems procedures within the department
• To take job orders from clients, including routing, classifying of services and establishing deadlines
• Updating clients with any flight and customs delays
• Submitting proof of deliveries to clients
• Resolving any queries
• Offering clients the company's full portfolio of services
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients
• Communicate with service partners and keeping them all updated on shipments progress Required Experience:-
• Experience in Aerospace field is preferred
• Customer service experience within Airfreight
• Knowldge of Microsoft Office suite (Excel, PowerPoint & Word)
• Good written and verbal communications skills in English Working hours are Monday - Friday 10am. - 7pm As an agency we are fast becoming the number one Freight specialist in the UK.
