Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes for aerospace components.
• Analyze production data to identify areas for improvement in efficiency, quality, and cost reduction.
• Design and procure manufacturing tooling and equipment.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with design engineering to ensure manufacturability of new products.
• Ensure all manufacturing activities comply with relevant quality standards (e.g., AS9100).

Requirements

• Degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in a manufacturing engineering role, preferably within the aerospace or defense sector.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software and manufacturing process planning.
• Experience with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
• Strong understanding of machining, fabrication, and assembly processes for aerospace materials.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
