Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for aerospace applications , adhering to stringent safety and performance requirements.
• Conduct thorough stress analysis , thermal analysis, and vibration testing using specialized simulation tools.
• Prepare detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test reports.
• Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are producible and meet quality standards.
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical issues that arise during development, testing, or production phases.
• Stay abreast of new technologies and methodologies in aerospace mechanical engineering.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the aerospace or defense industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, Siemens NX) and structural analysis tools (e.g., ANSYS).
• Solid understanding of aerodynamics, thermodynamics, and materials used in aerospace.
• Experience with manufacturing processes relevant to aerospace components.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
