Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop mechanical systems and components for aircraft and spacecraft applications.
• Perform stress analysis , thermal analysis, and vibration testing to ensure component integrity.
• Create detailed engineering drawings and documentation packages for manufacturing and assembly.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including systems engineers, aerodynamicists, and manufacturing specialists.
• Support the manufacturing and testing phases of aerospace hardware.
• Contribute to proposal development and technical reviews for new projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in aerospace mechanical design .
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., CATIA, SolidWorks) and FEA tools (e.g., ANSYS, NASTRAN).
• Knowledge of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards (e.g., AMS, AS9100).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in both team-based and independent settings.
