About the Role
Our client is seeking a dedicated Aerospace Mechanical Engineer to contribute to their pioneering projects in Plymouth, Devon . This role is crucial for the design, development, and testing of mechanical systems and components used in aerospace applications. Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop mechanical systems and components for aerospace applications, adhering to strict specifications.

- Create and maintain technical documentation, including detailed drawings, schematics, and test procedures.
- Collaborate with manufacturing teams to ensure designs are producible and meet quality standards.

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design, preferably within the aerospace sector.
- Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA ) and FEA tools relevant to aerospace applications.
- Knowledge of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and AS9100 standards .
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving capabilities for complex technical challenges.
