Key Responsibilities

• Design and analyze aerospace mechanical components and structures using advanced CAD and FEA tools.
• Develop and test mechanical systems, including actuation, propulsion, and environmental control systems.
• Ensure designs comply with stringent aerospace regulations, standards (e.g., AS9100 ), and safety requirements.
• Create detailed technical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and test reports.
• Collaborate with manufacturing and quality assurance teams to ensure efficient production and product integrity.
• Investigate and resolve technical issues related to mechanical systems throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in mechanical design within the aerospace sector .
• Proficiency in CATIA V5 or similar high-end CAD software and ANSYS or equivalent FEA tools.
• Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and industry standards.
• Experience with vibration analysis, thermal management, and fatigue life prediction.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
