Key Responsibilities

• Conduct structural, thermal, and vibration analysis using FEA and other simulation tools to ensure component integrity.
• Collaborate with systems engineers, manufacturing personnel, and quality assurance to ensure seamless product development.
• Prepare technical documentation, including reports, specifications, and test procedures.
• Troubleshoot and resolve design-related issues encountered during development and production phases.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aerospace Engineering.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in mechanical design and analysis, preferably within the aerospace industry.
• Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA) and FEA tools.
• Strong understanding of aerospace materials, manufacturing processes, and industry regulations (e.g., EASA, FAA).
• Experience with vibration analysis, thermal management, and structural integrity assessments.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
