AWD online is seeking a Production Manager for their Liverpool site. You will oversee day‑to‑day manufacturing operations in an aerospace/regulated environment, lead skilled teams and drive continuous improvement to meet targets and delivery schedules.

The role requires experience in lean methods, quality standards, and strong leadership. You will collaborate with Quality, Engineering and Planning teams to maintain robust processes and promote safety across the site.
