Our client is searching for an experienced Aerospace Project Engineer to manage and coordinate key projects within their organization, based in Oxford . This role requires a proactive individual who can oversee project lifecycles from initiation to completion, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and schedule. You will work with diverse teams, stakeholders, and suppliers, fostering collaboration and driving project objectives forward. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage aerospace projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.

- Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Communicate project status, updates, and key decisions to stakeholders and senior management.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management within the aerospace industry.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
- Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a hybrid work environment near Oxford .
