About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aerospace projects, defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables.

• Monitor project progress, identify risks and issues, and implement mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical) or a related field.
• Proven experience in project management within the aerospace industry.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively in a hybrid work environment near Oxford .
