About the Role

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Aerospace Project Manager to lead significant projects within their Oxford -based operations. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of successfully delivering complex aerospace programs on time and within budget. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of the project lifecycle, from initiation and planning to execution and closure, ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and team performance. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of aerospace projects, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop detailed project plans, including resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
• Lead and motivate cross-functional project teams, fostering collaboration and accountability.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure clear, consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, implementing timely and effective solutions.
• Ensure projects comply with all relevant industry standards and company policies.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in project management within the aerospace industry .
• Proven experience in managing complex projects from conception to completion.
• Strong understanding of aerospace engineering principles and manufacturing processes.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
