About the Role

Our client seeks a dynamic and results-oriented Aerospace Project Manager to lead key initiatives within their growing organisation in Leeds . This role requires a strategic thinker capable of managing complex aerospace projects from inception through to completion, ensuring on-time delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will be responsible for coordinating multi-disciplinary teams, managing stakeholders, and mitigating risks to ensure project success. Key Responsibilities

• Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management.
• Lead and motivate project teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
• Manage project risks, issues, and changes, implementing effective mitigation strategies.
• Communicate project progress, updates, and key decisions to all relevant stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry regulations, safety standards, and client requirements.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the aerospace or a highly regulated engineering sector.
• Demonstrated success in managing projects from initiation to closure, including budget and resource management.
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships and navigate challenging project environments.
• Relevant project management certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) is highly desirable.
