About the Role

Our client is seeking an accomplished Aerospace Project Manager to lead key initiatives from their offices in Plymouth . This hybrid role involves overseeing the planning, execution, and successful delivery of complex aerospace projects, from conception through to completion. You will be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, resources, and stakeholder communications to ensure project objectives are met efficiently and effectively. This is a senior position for a motivated leader with a strong background in the aerospace industry and proven project management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage aerospace projects from initiation to closure, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and implement cost control measures.
• Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in the aerospace or defense sector.
• Strong understanding of aerospace engineering principles and project lifecycles.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
