Key Responsibilities
- Perform detailed inspections of aircraft parts, assemblies, and finished products using a variety of precision measuring equipment.
- Verify conformity to engineering drawings, specifications, quality standards, and relevant aviation regulations .
- Document inspection results accurately, identifying non-conformities and initiating corrective action procedures.
- Conduct audits of manufacturing processes and quality control systems to ensure compliance.
- Review and approve quality documentation, including test reports and certifications.
- Collaborate with engineering, production, and supply chain teams to resolve quality issues.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Quality Inspector in the aerospace or aviation sector.
- Proficiency with various inspection tools and techniques, including CMM operation where applicable.
- Strong understanding of aerospace quality management systems (e.g., AS9100) and relevant aviation standards.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and quality control plans.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Relevant certifications or qualifications in quality assurance or inspection.
