Key Responsibilities
- Plan, coordinate, and execute the integration of various aircraft systems, including avionics, power, propulsion, and structural systems.
- Develop and implement system integration strategies, defining interfaces and data exchange protocols.
- Conduct rigorous testing and validation of integrated systems, both in simulation and on physical test benches.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
- Document all integration activities, test results, and system configurations in comprehensive reports.
- Liaise with system designers, engineers, and suppliers to ensure smooth integration processes and timely issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in systems integration within the aerospace or defense industry.
- Strong understanding of aircraft systems, including their interdependencies and interfaces.
- Proficiency with systems engineering tools and methodologies (e.g., MBSE, DOORS).
- Experience with testing and validation processes for complex aerospace systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a hybrid team setting.
