Key Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of laser treatments, including hair removal, skin rejuvenation, and tattoo removal, adhering strictly to safety protocols.
• Conduct comprehensive skin analysis and client consultations to tailor treatment plans based on individual needs and desired outcomes.
• Administer a range of aesthetic treatments such as chemical peels, micro-needling, and dermaplaning.
• Educate clients on pre- and post-treatment care to optimize results and minimize risks.
• Maintain detailed client records and manage appointment schedules efficiently.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements and techniques in aesthetic treatments and laser technology.

Requirements

• Professional qualification as an Aesthetician and/or a recognized laser training certification.
• Proven experience operating various types of medical-grade lasers and performing aesthetic procedures.
• Strong understanding of skin anatomy, physiology, and common dermatological conditions.
• Excellent client care and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and hygiene.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a clinical team environment in Birmingham .
