Affiliate Marketing Manager

About the Role

Our client is seeking a strategic and experienced Affiliate Marketing Manager to join their marketing department in Derby . This role is responsible for developing, managing, and growing their affiliate program, forging strong partnerships with relevant publishers and influencers to drive sales and brand awareness. You will be instrumental in recruiting new affiliates, negotiating terms, and ensuring program compliance and performance. The ideal candidate possesses a deep understanding of affiliate marketing strategies, strong negotiation skills, and a proven ability to build and maintain successful partner relationships within a dynamic and results-oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy to achieve revenue and customer acquisition goals.
• Recruit, onboard, and manage relationships with affiliate partners, including bloggers, influencers, and coupon sites.
• Negotiate commission structures, terms, and agreements with affiliates.
• Monitor affiliate program performance, identify trends, and implement strategies for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with all affiliate program terms and conditions, including anti-fraud measures.
• Analyze affiliate data, provide regular performance reports, and forecast future program growth.

Requirements

• Proven experience in affiliate marketing management or partnership management.
• Strong understanding of affiliate marketing platforms and tracking technologies.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit and manage a diverse portfolio of affiliates.
