Aftercare & Repairs Coordinator - 12-Month FTC

Pertemps West Midlands & Worcestershire Perm Hub is recruiting a Customer Care Coordinator in Solihull for a full-time 12-month fixed-term contract. Working Mon-Fri, 8:00am–4:00pm, you will manage customer enquiries, arrange remedial works and coordinate with operations and contractors to resolve issues promptly.

The role emphasises strong organisational and communication skills, a customer-focused approach and the ability to sustain aftercare support to ensure issues are concluded
