We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Aftersales Manager to join a reputable main dealer based in Luton, Bedfordshire. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional to lead a busy and well-established aftersales operation, ensuring operational excellence, high profitability, and superior customer satisfaction. As the Aftersales Manager, you will have full accountability for the service and aftersales departments, managing day-to-day activities and driving team performance. Lead, coach, and develop the service team to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction Drive department performance, productivity, and profitability Manage workshop loading, utilisation, and operational efficiency Maintain high standards of quality control and customer care Build and sustain strong relationships with manufacturer representatives Ensure adherence to all processes and industry standards and regulationsRequirements of the Aftersales Manager:
