Aftersales Manager – Norwich
We are recruiting for an experienced Aftersales Manager, Service Manager or Automotive Aftersales Manager to lead a large multi-department Aftersales operation in Norwich. Applicants must have proven experience successfully managing a sizeable automotive Aftersales, Service or Workshop team, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Main dealership experience is required, with prestige or multi-brand experience advantageous.
Location: Norwich
Salary: £50,000 basic | OTE: £81,200 | Potential earnings up to £96,200 at 125% of target
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm | No weekends
Team: Approximately 40 staff

Lead the complete Aftersales operation across multiple prestige brands
Manage, motivate and develop a team of approximately 40 employees
Drive Aftersales performance, profitability and customer satisfaction
Oversee a 24-ramp workshop, large Parts Department and onsite SMART repair facility
Monitor departmental KPIs, productivity, efficiency and financial performance
Develop Service, Workshop and Parts teams to achieve operational targets
Maintain excellent manufacturer, compliance and customer service standardsAftersales Manager Requirements
Previous experience as an Aftersales Manager, Service Manager or senior automotive Aftersales leader
Proven experience successfully managing and developing a large team
Strong commercial understanding of Service, Workshop and Parts operations
Ability to drive performance, profitability and customer satisfaction
Energetic, visible leadership style with strong people-management skills
Main dealership experience
Full UK Driving Licence
