Agile Business Analyst - Consultant & Snr Consultant (SC Eligible)

My client is a global leading Digital Consultancy specialising in Cloud Adoption, Digital Architecture/Transformation & NextGen AI Solutions, with offices in London, Manchester, Newcastle and Glasgow providing a flexi working policy (option of remote or hybrid + ad hoc client site visits when requested - Greater Manchester Area).

We are looking for multiple Agile Business Analyst Consultants (Junior-Mid to Senior level) to join a rapidly growly team, working across multiple Digital Transformation projects within Government, Finance, Retail & Energy sectors (among other private sectors).

Budget:

Junior-Mid Consultant - £55000 + full benefits + hybrid working (2 days on site p/week).

Senior Consultant - £70000 + disc bonus + full benefits + hybrid working (2 days on site p/week).

Primary skills and experience required:

• Must be eligible or already possess SC Clearance
• Must have a working experience background within Retail sector
• Experience in a user-centred product or service development projects.
• Experience working in a multi-disciplinary Agile Scrum team, facilitating and supporting the end-to-end delivery, from research and design through to development and testing.
• Ability to lead the translation of user needs and business requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Aptitude for building highly collaborative internal and external stakeholder relationships, with both the ability to deal with conflict management and to influence key stakeholders.
