Agile Delivery Lead for Transformation Programs

Barclays seeks a Scrum Master in Knutsford (Radbroke Hall) or Northampton (Pavilion Drive) to drive end-to-end delivery within the Mortgage Application Experience programme in a hybrid Agile setup. You will support cross-feature delivery, manage risks, and maintain Jira hygiene to enable MAE releases.

Based in Knutsford or Northampton, you will facilitate Scrum events, remove blockers, and collaborate with stakeholders to continuously improve delivery and governance.
