Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage agile software development projects from concept to launch, ensuring adherence to timelines and quality standards.
• Facilitate agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Remove impediments and proactively address issues that hinder team progress and productivity.
• Collaborate closely with product owners to define and prioritize the product backlog.
• Coach and mentor development teams on agile best practices and continuous improvement.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective mitigation strategies.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a significant focus on Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Proven experience managing software development projects in an on-site capacity.
• Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar agile certification is highly desirable.
