Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and test new agricultural machinery and equipment.
• Improve existing farm machinery for better efficiency, safety, and durability.
• Oversee the installation and maintenance of irrigation systems, climate control, and other farm infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems on farm equipment.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, safety regulations, and environmental legislation.
• Collaborate with suppliers and contractors on equipment sourcing and technical specifications.

Requirements

• Degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in agricultural engineering or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD software for design and drafting.
• Strong understanding of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems used in agriculture.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
