Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement comprehensive farm management plans, including crop rotation, soil management, and pest control strategies.

- Manage farm budgets, analyze financial performance, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Oversee the maintenance and operation of agricultural machinery and equipment, ensuring safety and efficiency.

- Monitor crop health and yield, implementing timely interventions to maximize productivity and quality.
Requirements
- Proven experience in agricultural management or a related senior farming role.
- A degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, or a related field is highly desirable.
- Strong knowledge of modern farming techniques, crop science, and animal husbandry (if applicable).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in farm management software and basic financial analysis.
